Horizontal Milk Cooling Tanks
- Cooling classes are 2BII.
- All surfaces are made of 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Surface cooling is provided with rolbont (evaporator) plate produced by laser welding.
- 60 mm 141 BHFC high density polyurethane is used for insulation.
- The mixer is programmed to run continuously until the milk temperature reaches 4 degrees,
- between 4-6 degrees everey 15 minutes 2 minutes long.
- Two groups of cooling motors and capacitors. Double fan condenser.
- Digital touch control unit is with stainless steel housing protected. Possibility to follow up from the digital display failure warnings, the amount of milk in the tank, the steps of the automatic washing program.
- Automatic washing program and tank operation can be started easily with a single button.
